Noticeboard

Handing in Samples - All samples must be handed into the Practice by 2pm. This is to allow time for them to be logged in and transported to the laboratory for testing. Samples handed in after this time may not be tested and could require a further sample to be provided.

Serial Prescriptions

A serial prescription is a prescription for medicine(s) you need to treat a long term condition, they can be issued for up to 56 weeks and the prescription is stored at your local pharmacist.  This means you would only need to visit the pharmacist for your repeat medication during this time and you don't need to remember to keep reordering it from your GP.

For more information please see the attached leaflet.  If you are interested please speak to your GP, Advanced Nurse Practitioner or pharmacist.
