Noticeboard

Handing in Samples - All samples must be handed into the Practice by 2pm. This is to allow time for them to be logged in and transported to the laboratory for testing. Samples handed in after this time may not be tested and could require a further sample to be provided.

Alcohol Campaign

How does your weekly drinking add up?

The Count 14 campaign is about making us all aware of the UK Chief Medical Officers’ recommendation that sticking to a maximum of 14 units of alcohol per week, spread out over at least 3 days, can reduce the risk of developing health issues.

To help you keep track of your weekly alcohol intake, the Scottish Government and NHS Scotland have launched the ‘Count14’ campaign. To find out more, and see how your units add up using a quick and easy alcohol calculator, visit count14.scot  and use the following hashtag on social media #Count14Units”

If you are struggling with alcohol consumption and want to seek help, please contact Fife Alcohol Support Service or Drugs, Alcohol & Psychotherapies Limited
