Noticeboard

Handing in Samples - All samples must be handed into the Practice by 2pm. This is to allow time for them to be logged in and transported to the laboratory for testing. Samples handed in after this time may not be tested and could require a further sample to be provided.

Home Visits

Doctor's bag

Home visits will be made for patients unable to attend the surgery.  When requesting a home visit, please telephone before 10:00 and ensure that your message is clear, giving your name, address and telephone number of the patient to be seen and the nature of the complaint.

Alternatively, you can speak to a duty doctor over the telephone by arrangement with a receptionist.

Please be ready for the doctor and make sure your house number and access gates are numbered.  Dogs should be restrained elsewhere.  In darkness, please put your outside lights on to make it easier for the doctor to find your home.

You will otherwise be requested to attend the surgery for examination by the duty doctor.

You can also be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby or if you are newly registered with a GP and have a child under five years.
