Handing in Samples - All samples must be handed into the Practice by 2pm. This is to allow time for them to be logged in and transported to the laboratory for testing. Samples handed in after this time may not be tested and could require a further sample to be provided.

It is important that any patient on hormone replacement therapy medication receives an annual review which includes a blood pressure check to ensure you are on the correct medication.

You will receive an invite for a review with one of our clinicians to discuss your therapy.

You will be asked to complete the attached questionnaire to help understand your current treatment.
