New Patient Registration

Requests for registration can be made via reception. Please note the practice reserves the right to accept new patients to the list at its discretion.

Please Note: At your registration with The Lomond Practice you have the right to express a preference to which doctor you would like too see.

Alternatively you may print off a registration form, fill it out and bring it in with you on your first visit to the practice.
